Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build20190620 Rel 45372

I have 2 decos m4 in my house and every device works perfectly with the wifi. But i've just bought a motorolo one macro and when i try to use internet with it appers this problem.

I can connect to the decos and the internet works fine for some minutes, but after that, i lose connection to the internet but not to the wifi. The only solution is disconect and connect the wifi in the cellphone, but after some minutes, the problem appers again.

Another detail, when i enter the deco app, the device's name is UNKNOWN.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the help

@elfer83

When you lose connection to the internet but not to the wifi, please check the IP address and gateway obtained by the Motorola one Macro device.

And you can assign it a static IP address in the Deco app.

Besides, cause only this device has the current issue, you can contact the tech support of Motorola to get some help also.
