Please kindly help verify the info we confirmed before, such as your ISP name, the WAN connection type on the C6, the C6 current firmware version, etc. We will try to provide a solution, thanks.

I faced a similar issue. Initially, I thought that its a problem from ISP end but then I tried a different router and it worked perfectly.

 

Then after various hit and try, the solution which worked for me was to re-flash the firmware onto the device(same latest version).

 

Now my router is working perfectly, even though there is a disconnection one a day, but its still better than disconnecting every 30 min.
