Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Deco m5 installed. 3 pieces. Main deco connected directly to router cat5e 10 meters. Second deco connected to first cat5e 50 meters, third deco connected to second wireless. System has worked great for a few weeks. Soeedtest (in app) 93 down and 96 up, perfect. Now I see an exclamation point next to the wifi signal indicator on all the phones connected to the network. Straight out the box router mode and all 3 decos first wireless coupled before connecting via the cat5e.

Help or ideas ?

@Rob712

Does it affect the actual performance? With the exclamation mark pops up, can you still access internet from the Deco's wifi? Please click here to get its IP address and gateway as well.

In the meantime, try to connect the computer to the main Deco by wired cable and verify whether you can access internet.

Is there any error message on the Deco app?

Good day.

@Kevin_Z

Thanks for your reply.

That's the thing, when the exclamation point appears sometimes the connection is ok but very slow and other times noninyernet at all. Checked on the app and it just say some decos are/could be experiencing problems.

It's almost like the connection is being choked. The only other thing is that we are running a vpn "Express vpn" on the mail PC. But like I said in the first post it's worked like this for a good while.

I have restarted the decos one by and until now n ok exclamation point...
