The power light is on, wi-fi symbol light is on and the internet light is green and on aswell (tl one that looks like a planet). But when i try to connect to set it up, I can't see the routef SSID on my laptop and on my phone. What can I do? Thanks :)
Try to turn off the wifi function and turn it back on via the WiFi button on the back of the actual router.
If it still cannot be detected, please connect your computer to the TL-WR841N and log into the web UI to check whether the wifi function is working properly.
You can change another wifi name to give it a shot as well.
