My slave decor won't connect to my new decor 

my slave decor is on but shows red on the WiFi symbol

it keeps showing reconn

What is the model number of your Deco product? 

 

Try to hold the reset button/hole for 1s with the Deco powered on. And you can connect the slave Deco to the main one by wired cable to give it a go.
