Hello, please help us to get the information below so that we can do more troubleshooting and figure it out.
1. What is the current network diagram and who is your ISP?
2. Does the change of color affect the actual performance of your devices?
3. When Deco turns red, please connect your computer to it and verify whether you can access internet; in the meantime, connect your PC to the modem directly and test whether you can surf the internet also.
4. Have you ever tried to swap the location of the Deco units?
