Hi,

My router archer A10 was working good until today. I woke up and the 5Ghz wasn't working anymore. The 2.4Ghz is still working. I tried rebooting; no chance, tried unplugged it then plugged it;no chance, I even tried factory reset and didn't work either. I don't know what to do anymore.

After you hard reset the Archer A10, can 5GHz not be detected by all wireless devices? 

 

Try to log into the web UI of the Archer A10 and go to 5GHz wireless settings page and show us a screenshot of it. And you can try to disable the wifi function and re-enable it to give it a shot.

Can you help me with a time which are brought today new one but I am trying wireless things at my house for every system the thing is I am not finding two names I think someone told me that you will be seeing two accounts one with 5 and 1 beat 2.4 ghz but I am not finding anything is just automatically connected but I am not know no what is the GHz is connected to my device.
