Model: Archer C50
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I am using an Archer C50 as an access point but the 5ghz is much slower than the main router.

Main router 2.4ghz 100mps. 5ghz 450mps.

Access point 2.4ghz 91 mps. 5ghz 91mps.

Any ideas?

@Adri

Hi, the Archer C50 has the 100Mbps LAN ports. When it works in AP mode or regular wireless router mode, the speed won't be higher than 100Mbps.

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-c50/#specifications

Interface 4 10/100Mbps LAN Ports
1 10/100Mbps WAN Port

In other words, the current speed is normal.

Good day.
