Hey,

 

Your website says there is a firmware M9Plus_2.0_en_1.2.11 Build 20190926 Rel. 55727_US_EU_JP_up available but my iPhone App shows that 1.2.10 is installed and says this is the newest firmware available.

 

I can download M9Plus_2.0_en_1.2.11 Build 20190926 Rel. 55727_US_EU_JP_up from you websize but do not know how to install this to my devices.

 

What am I missing?

I updated using this tool 

 

This tool from what i know is from @Kevin_Z  from tplink

 

http://support.tp-link.com/f/3e6d070efd/?dl=1

 

In this file you will find a deco firmware

dont use this one if yours is a m9 plus v2 

download the current firmware from the tplink website and replace the bin file with the new one

All steps are on the pdf inside this zip file.

Hi Thies, the current firmware is the latest one already, the 1.2.11 is the first firmware for the newly made Deco coming off the factory. Compared to 1.2.10, there is no new feature added. 

 

And the new firmware for the Deco M9 plus is under testing now, you can wait a while and then install the new firmware with new feature supported.
