AX6000 wifi disappeared
I am having a problem with my AX6000. I took another hour and walked through the suggested steps by tech support and my router still is not working. I don't even have the 1/6/11 option for the 2.4GHz channel setting. It's not showing on WiFI at all, but when I connect it directly to my computer it works fine. However, that doesn't help my home WiFI situation at all. Again, my old router AC1750 WIFI works fine when connected. Something must be wrong with this router. I purchased the AX600 router via Amazon - details included below. This router should have a 2 year warranty correct? If so, what other steps do I need to take? Also, I tried the online chat and spent over an hour resetting everything and it still didn't work.

Hi, do all wireless devices have failed to detect the TP-Link wifi?
Please show us a screenshot of the wireless settings page on Archer AX6000. Both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. You can change the wireless mode to 802.11ac to give it a go.
Besides, when did you buy this Archer AX6000?
Good day.

@Kevin_Z do all wireless devices have failed to detect the TP-Link wifi? Yes, none of my WiFi devices can connect. I purchased this AX6000 December 2019.

I have had less than a month and this morning at 2:00am both 2.4g and 5G WiFi are not working at all. None of my devices can see the router, it does not show up. I have macs, PCs, IPhone, Android, ipads. I Rebooted, unplugged, let sit, nothing. Cannot access router at all via WiFi from any device. Can someone provide a solution? I purchase on April 1, 2020 no April fool joke! Purchase info attached.

@StarryNight this sounds like what happened to me. I had to work with tp-link tech support rebooting, unplugging, and retrying every type of scenario. It took a few weeks but TP-link finally agreed to replace my old router with a refurbished one. Thank goodness I had my previous router or I would have been without WiFi for almost 2 months.

REFURBISHED? They should provide a brand new one if defective. Had this for 30 days.
Me too, I have my Net Gear N9500 router that has been working for 9 years without one issue and thought it was time for an upgrade due to the number of people on at once since we are all home. I installed that back to get me operational.
Did you perform a reset? What happened? And how did you work on it with Tech Support when you had issues?
I now reset the AX6000 unit and it now has WiFi but I am not going to install it back as a primary. This new router should not be doing this. All I am reading is nothing but issues with this router. They should provide a quick resolution.
Thanks
