Hi ,

I have a Problem with my Router,

it' not turnning On , no metter how many times i try to press the power button , the power LED is always ON when the Router is connected to the PC or powersuplly and as soon 

as i plug it off from charging everything is OFF , 

the first 5 seconds after blug the router on charging all 3 LED are on after that only the charging LED stays ON

i tried to rest the Router and to connect from my PC but there is no connection 

i hope someone can help me solving this Problem

How long have you had the M7200 and when did this issue start?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

We buy the router last year during the lockdown to use with google meet: it worked great!

About 3 months ago I tried to power-up it, but nothing... It doesn't works!

Hi, thanks for the video clip.

Have you tried to remove the back shell and hold the reset pinhole for 10s?

If still nothing changed, I am afraid you might need to check with the shop retailer whether the router is still under warranty.
