Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3

I got a problem with my extender RE500. Sorry if I selected Adapter as model but I didnt find my model there in the list.

i am playing a game on my nintendo switch and I want to play online.

when I invite a friend I get a NAT error.

I called my provider and they unlocked all blocking ports so now I should be able to play.

if I connect directly to my modem, it works, I can play perfectly.

if I play connected from my extender, it does the same NAT problem.

should I set something on my extender too?

thanks.

@RicR95

Thanks for the information provided.

The RE500 is a range extender, theoretically, it has nothing to do with NAT error. Anyway, we will do further analysis to locate this issue and try to fix it.

1. What is the current led status of the RE500?

2. Can you access internet from the RE500?

3. Please show us a screenshot of the NAT error you saw when you connected to the RE500.

4. Have you ever tried to hard reset it and reconfigure this RE500?

Thanks a lot.
