Login and password

The other day my uncle called the isp, they came and changed the login and password for the router now i can't do anything about the router. I can't change passwords, I can't access mac filtering or anything. Help me

You can contact the ISP to get the new username and password they created. Otherwise, you need hard reset the router and log into the web UI with the default admin password. You also need to reconfigure it with the configuration parameters.
