Installed my M5 deco - wifi is great all thru house but our existing hardwired smart tv's (1 Samsung, 3 Kogan) now do not connect to net. Please speak in English not techo talk to fix.
How do you connect these devices together?
With normal wired devices, like computer connected to the Deco M5 by wired cable, does it work well?
With Samsung smart TV connected to the Deco, please check its IP address and gateway. Try to ping its IP from a local device and show us the ping results.
Are there any settings need to be done to make this smart TV work? You can contact the tech support of Samsung smart TV to get some suggestions.
