Hi,

I make a profile under parental control, do all the settings, eg: bedtime from 21:30 to 16:00. I add the device, all is working well. Wifi is available/not available according to the profile. After a few weeks or months, suddenly the device does not have any wifi access at all, the only solution is to remove the device from the profile. An alternative is to set-up a new profile and add the device there. It seems that a profile stops working after a while, i've had to redo this for several profiles in the last months for serveral devices.

What is happening, is this just a bug in the software?

@GuidoCarmen

After you remove it from the original profile and add it into a new one, how long it will last until it stops working again?

And is it still connected to the WiFi but no internet access or it disconnects from TP-Link router at all?

Good day.

@Kevin_Z It's hard to say how long it lasts, i have 2 kids with 7 devices and i find myself resetting a profile roughly once a month. The moment I remove a device from a profile, internet access is back straight away. Writing this reply i realize it's not a huge issue but actually the router does time-out quiet a bit. Even though I sit 5meters away from my router i'm often not able to add a device to a profile as this step often times out.
