Deco M5 firmware 1.4.4 broken
Deco M5 firmware 1.4.4 broken
After I install firmware 1.4.4 all my Decos keeps loosing connection between then. I was so happy with my Decos, but now It's a headache. I am in quarantine, couldn't leave and my decos are not working.
i have 3 decos. Main office with WAN connection. One in TV room and other in Service Area. Before upgrade, TV room deco connect easily with office on 5GHz and service area with TV room on 5 GHz as weel and good rate.
now, seen the app, connections on 2.4GHz and very poor signal.

Next to the TV room Deco or the service area Deco, can you get a good 5GHz signal from the front-end Deco, which is office Deco and TV room respectively.
You can turn off the 2.4GHz on the Deco app and verify whether they will connect to the 5GHz and its signal strength.
Try to move them closer to each other and check the Linked Deco/signal source.
And you can swap the location of the Deco units or switch the slave Deco to the main one to give it a shot.

@leogz, aqui não funciona.

@Kevin_Z . Yes I can. BEFORE the 1.4.4 everything works fine. I have 3 Deco M5 for more than a year on the same place. Just now it happens. I don't think a link on how configure is the answer, sorry for that.
this is a BUG on. 1.4.4 firmware.

go to https://tplinkdeco.net/ and that should help you to log in, then click on Advancded (at the top), then system then Firmware Update, from there select your device model and browse to the file you downloaded before.
Good Luck!
