Model: Adapter
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: v1.0.3

Hi. Just had a query about improving connection for a re200 extenders.

Manual says cannot connect direct to router with cable. Designed to cable connect pc, console, etc.

However, wondered if I could connect cable from re200 into a powering adapter?

This as the WiFi signal is weak where I would need the re200 for wifi So figured if devices can have better signal to re200 and then to.powerline out to Internet.

Thanks

@mapidd You mean that connect Powerline to RE200 via Ethernet, then powerline can access to internet via RE200, just as the following? Then the answer is Yes.

Router ---(Wireless)-----RE200---(Cable)----Powerline Adapter----(power line)-----Powerline Adpater

Or you want RE200 is working as the following, then please set RE200 to work at Access Point Mode.

Router ----(Cable)----Powerline Adapter----(power line)-----Powerline Adpater---(Cable)-----RE200 ----Wireless---phone/laptop
