Hi All, Ever since updating to firmware 1.4.4 I have been having issues with my Sky Q box crashing. After over 3 hours of trouble shooting I have had to migrate my Sky over to a 4G router which works fine now. The issue is definitely something that has changed in the updated firmware. Is it possible to roll back to a previous version or update to a new version that removes changes that have been made? Any suggestions would be great.

Hi, for your problem, please help to confirm the following information.

1. What's the previous firmware of your Deco M5?

2. Is your Sky Q box a Sky Q mini box?

3. Is the Sky Q box connected to the main network or the guest network? 2.4G or 5G?
