@Cwera 850RE is connected to your router successfully?

Please help to confirm the following information, then I can provide further help.

1. Do you have a staic IP on your phone? Then please use dynamic one.

2. What's the IP/Subnet when your phone is connected to your router wifi?

Maybe you can try to reset 850RE to check this will happen again.
