But when I try to upgrade the firmware of the deco M5 via the App it fails to upgrade the M5 "Update has failed". everytime I try agein i get the same message. Can anyone help me?
You can try to upgrade the firmware manually. Please download the latest firmware for Deco M5 from the official website: https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/deco-m5/#Firmware
Then unzip the downloaded file, follow the upgrade instruction in it to upgrade the M5 unit.
