I did set up my range extension and it works perfectly with my mobile phone.

But When I try to connect with my laptop and I do enter the password,it keeps saying that can't connect.

I have re-set up the device twice and still can't connect wit my laptop.

I'm sure that I'm typing the right password.

Any solution,please.

@OMQ1605 What's the firmware and hardware version of this 850RE? Please login to 850RE, then check this in " System Tools->Firmware upgrade "

 

So only your laptop can not connect to 850RE Wi-Fi, right? Please provide a screenshot of the error message. 

Please also try to restart your laptop then try again.
