Model: RE200
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Hi. Just bought an RE200. With the extender just next to my router I get a speed of 40mbps, when connected straight to the router I get 150+ mpbs. Tested from my OnePlus phone.

This is for the 5G network, channel 34. 40mhz set on the router.

Any ideas?

@Sebaspo The speed 40Mbps is got when your device connected to RE200 5G wifi? How about the link speed?

As you know, extender needs to receive data from router then forward data to PC/phone, and vice versa, which is different from the direct communication between router and PC/phone. So the speed will be cut in half.
