Hello!

Recently i have bought the archer AX10 in order to change my older router Archer C2. All is good on wire, the problem apears when trying to connect my oled TV Panasonic gz950  to 5Gz (the distance between router and TV is 2 meters). It cannot have a stable connection, it drops almost instantly when trying to see some movies on netflix or some 4k content on youtube. The highest band transfer was 800kb ???? I don't think the tv has so week internal wifi connection/modem. On 2.4Ghz, the connection is stable but the highest peak of band is also very low, 2Mb, first it gets some buffer then it plays at 4k until the buffer ends and so on.

Beside the tv, same problem with loosing the wireless connection to my phone, a xiaomi mi note 3. 

Tried to change the bands for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz (from 10 to 60 Mhz) nothing changed. 

If you have some suggestions, much appreciated will be.

PS: the router is new, only the first firmware available.

@MihaiG Hi, I have same problems.  And I have with working wireless schedule ( dosen't work ).My is Same firmware version. For v1 US there is new update only for EU versions have not become new firmware.

I am having the same issues. Hardwired to AX1500 = 240 Mbps consistently. WiFi ranges from 5 to 13 Mbps within just a few feet of the router. Based on other posts I've turned off QoS and WMM , but that made essentially no difference. An answer would be appreciated as it's clearly the router having issues

@MihaiG Same problem here. I have 2 routers AX 1500. Both on 5Ghz network slow speeds. The router is realy hot on touch!

@MihaiG I have the same issues with my android phone. 30Mbites to 50 Mbites in 5MHz, but if i use my iphone give 500 Mbyte using iperf3 (not internet, using my local server as iperf3 server.)

 

I try to resolve many days, but the issues is only with my Android S9; not with Iphone 8 and Samsung S20.- I change de router to huawei AX30 (Wifi6 3000Mbite), and i have no issues...

 

Some body had resolve this issue?

Do you mean only this Android S9 has this speed issue, iPhone 8 and Samsung S20 are good when connecting to the AX1500 5G network? Just to confirm, is the router model Archer AX1500 or AX10, how about the hardware version, is it v1 or v1.20? Please verify it by checking the router label.

 

Ensure you are running the latest firmware on the router, then check the link speed on the Android S9, show us the screenshot, thanks. You can try to modify the 5G wireless settings on the AX1500, such as changing the wireless channel to 36/40/44/48, channel width to 80MHz, then reboot to confirm.

I bored of try to resolve the issue.. Last version of firmware. V1.0...  at the ene i sent to garbage. And i bought 3 Huawei mesh ax-3000 system.. is working very good.
