I'm using WR841N router. And I've reset it. 

I cannot access the http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.0.1/ login page either with WiFi or with ethernet connection.

Thr router is broadcasting the default WiFi network but it is not assigning any Ip addresses yo my devices let alone setting up my broadband connection.

Also one of the LAN LEDs has turned green even though there are no ethernet connections to the router.
