hello,

i cant access the network for some reasons, im facing some problems in connecting to my 5g and i cant. i was told i need to Change Router Channel like this post:https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/167872

Hi,

 

Have you already tried "Solution Three", which states "You can use the Modem's IP address http://192.168.1.1 ....." ?

Can you please post the exact model decription of your router here? You can find it printed on a label that is attached to the underside of the router.
