poor connection with Samsung Galaxy Tab4
I recently bought the Deco P9 and connected about twenty various devices, which are working OK. However, I am having trouble with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. It's an older Android tablet. It gets an IP address, but the transmission is incredibly slow or non existant, even when near the Deco. It was hard to pull up a page of Google search results.
Specs for the tablet

It seems your Samsung Galaxy Tab 4's Android version is very old, is it possible to update your OS version and then check if it will work better?

The tablet shipped with Android 4, and the most recent Android version that Samsung provides now is Android 5.1.1. I confirmed today on samsung.com

When the tablet is connected to the Deco's Wi-Fi, what's the IP address on the tablet? Can it ping the Deco's LAN IP, www.google.com, and 8.8.8.8 successfully?
When the tablet connected to other wireless networks, will it work fine?

When connected to Deco, the Samsung Tablet's IP is 192.168.68.107. This is the same subnet as other devices on the Deco system.
Yes, the Samsung Tablet can ping 192.168.68.1 (Deco), 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS), 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS), and google.com. I got about 25ms avg ping for Internet sites and 10ms ping for 192.168.68.1.
Today I spent > 1 hour testing, and the tablet frequently lost its Internet connection to the Deco, so I had to toggle wifi to force it to reconnect. I never have these problems with the Zyxel C1100z WIFI (2.4GHz), which is rock solid.
The WIFIAnalyzer app shows tablet connects to the Deco on a 5GHz connection. It appears to be single wide because the channel shows as 44, while on my Samsung S7 phone the channel shows as 44(42), which I think means dual width.
Once I saw the tablet connect on the 2.4 GHz channel. When I toggled wifi, it connected on the 5GHz channel.
I almost always use the tablet on the third floor, which has its own Deco. The Zyxel is on the first floor (basement). Here are my speed tests today (using M-Lab speed test)
Third floor Deco: 5.9 Mbps
Third floor Zyxel: 10.4 Mbps
Second floor Deco: 3.56 Mbps
First floor Deco: 15.1 Mbps
First floor Zyxel: 12 Mbps
The tablet sometimes struggles to stream video on the Deco network but never on the Zyxel network.

How about create a guest network on the Deco for the tablet to connect?
