@JamesHowlett I have the EXACT same issues in a misty Apple products house. It's maddening.

@JamesHowlett

Hi, it's glad to know your issue was resolved and you found out a solution for it. While we are sorry that we didn't notice your feedback in July, please make sure you are tagging a TP-Link Admin next time if you want a timely response. Unless we are tagged we do not see that new responses have been added. We do not subscribe to every thread so rely on Tagging to ensure responses.

BTW, it is suggested to open your own post next time if you have a totally different issue with the original poster, as the issue you reported here is irrelevant with the original.

Good day.

Anybody having this below issues. TP-Link say they know about the issue and are aware it’s happening on all hardware versions. Their R&D have are working on it (from a week after it was launched) apparently L

Main page interface clients showing X and DHCP says xx. Way out of whack – like main page will show 5 clients and DHCP will say 28 clients connected.

Assigned static IP devices won’t show on main page interface. The static IP will show assigned to something else on the main client page. If you check in DHCP is will say corresponding IP are reserved to the corresponding MAC addresses.

@IbelieveWIcanFI

Hello, is the AX11000 working as the main router or it is working as an access point? How many devices are connected to the AX11000 network, and how many of them are using static IP addresses?

As far as I understand, when the router is working as an access point, it may not show the connected devices to the network, as the "connected clients" are based on the DHCP server leased addresses. And when you have another device handling DHCP, you will not see any connected clients in the device set as "access point" mode.

BTW, Is the DHCP server on the AX11000 Auto or off? What if you change it to "Auto", will the devices show up after rebooting?
