Archer C6 V2 Firmware 1.3.0 EU - WiFi drops every few minutes after firmware upgrade
Hi,
I've updated my Archer C6 (v2.0) UK router to the latest firmware (1.3.0 Build EU 20200402 rel.52000). I'm fairly sure the old version was 1.2.1. After upgrading I've noticed all wireless (5Ghz & 2.4Ghz) clients randomly and continuously get dropped from the WiFi (I can see this happening on the devices and in the router's System Logs as DHCP requests). The drop affects one or more devices, every 1 or 2 minutes.
After discovering the problem I tried changing most settings to match those on https://emulator.tp-link.com/c6-eu-v2/index.html just to make sure it's not my configuration.
Is anyone else finding this issue with their C6 router using the new firmware?
The firmware release notes also say it's not downgradable, is this true?

@Kreco Yes, I just upgraded to this Beta firmware, can confirm that it works good for me, OneMesh disabled.

@Kevin_Z thanks for the reply, I tried the beta firmware while still saw some disconnection and ping timeout, so I replaced it with a ax50 already

I am facing the same problem , suddenly last night WIFI drops and signal coverage become horrible , like 1 -2 Meters only!! and every 2 min you try to connect either signal drop or show that its unable to connect to the network and WIFI keep dropping down!! . really very bad experience with Archer after 6 months of using only ! is there any way to solve this issue please. thanks a lot in advance .

Eu sou do Brasil e a versão US do roteador C6 é vendida aqui.
Meu roteador se conectava no 2.4ghz mas após 10 minutos travava as conexões, ficava sem internet. Vídeos congelando no Facebook e Instagram. Não carregavam e as imagens também.
Eu instalei o Wi-Fi Analyzer e ele apontou que tinha 1 rede oculta e outra rede "AP + vários numeros" que mudava o canal quando eu mudava o canal da minha rede wi-fi. Achei isso estranho, porque o canal sempre era exatamente o mesmo. Então pensei " esse roteador está com outro SSID que eu não coloquei."
Então eu pesquisei e encontrei este fórum.
Instalei a Firmware e Desativei o Wi-fi Mesh.
Eu já não estava suportando esse problema.
Eu instalei a versão beta hoje e, até agora, não tive nenhum problema.
Parece ter resolvido mesmo meu problema.
Muito obrigado mesmo.
