@Markie_NL so true. Come on TP link get your act together. Maybe it is better that we go on Twitter and Facebook rather that this forum to make sure other customers are aware of issue with your WiFi 6 range of routers.

Looking forward to some positive update by tomorrow. Either an upgrade or a refund for all customers that purchase AX50 routers.

Regards

Why is nobody from @tplink responding on this subject? @Kevin_Z from TP-Link you've responded on other questions about this router in 1 day.

Give us an answer! When is the update for mesh coming? Or how can we get a refund for this non functioning product?

@ENPaya

Hello, sorry to respond late.

The Archer AX50 will no longer support Onemesh or WPA3, which was previously marked as "Coming Soon". While "Coming Soon" was never intended as a guarantee as with anything until its released plans can change, whether it be due to product focus, hardware or software compatibility, or other factors from time to time planned features or products will not release.

The compatibility lists on the official website are more of a reference for future buying choice, but as with anything unless it has been released it is subject to change. Products should be bought based on current features, not something that is marked as coming soon or has not yet been released.

We understand how it was causing some confusion. To that regard, we have made changes to the splash pages for these two services to better articulate the actual intent.  "Coming Soon" has been changed to "Planned".  We also encourage you to review the disclaimer note at the top of the page for further explanation.

Nice day~
