Internet connection
The Internet connection stays up for few minutes, then drops out. I have tried with different operators/SIM cards with the same result. The WiFi connection between TP-Link and the computer is OK.

This model is only available in Europe, have you review the specifications to see if the unit works with the operators/carriers? Contacting the operators/carriers to see if they support this as well, along with the signal strength.

Have you checked if the router's System Log gives any clues as to why the internet connection drops?

I bought the device here in Sweden and the SIM card is from a Swedish operator. I've also tried with a SIM card from another operator with the same result. I've contacted the operator but they are slow to answer those days. I've checked the siganl strength from the operator by using the SIM card in other devices with good result. The device was bought here in Sweden so I assume that it ought to work with the Swedish operators (which have full compbility between them with roaming services). @Godzilla

Just making sure you're not using in the incorrect region. You can access the system log by login into the router administrative menu. After connecting the device to the router wifi, open a browser and go to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, login with admin / admin credential.
Use the download link I posted and download the Quick Installation guide or User Guide manual, it has more information.
