VLAN on Deco M9 Plus

I have my three M9+ units cable connected and setup as simple AP. I have changed ISP and would like to bypass their router setting up my M9+ set as router/DHCP. My ISP say "you must be able to setup your router to communicate on VLAN 101". Can someone confirm that this is possible with M9+?

Please launch the Deco app and go to Advanced-IPTV/VLAN, where you will see the VLAN settings.

What's the hardware version of your Deco M9 Plus? You can find the hardware on the bottom label.
If it's V1, on the Deco app, you can go to the More>Advanced>IPTV/VLAN to configure the Deco.

Yes, it's V2. Currently, it does not support the VLAN feature, but the new firmware supports and the new firmware will be released soon, it's suggested to wait for the new firmware.

1. We have recently released a new firmware for the Deco M9 Plus V2, and below is the download link, which is marked Deco M9 Plus(EU)_V2_200324 on the local official website:

2. This new firmware can ONLY be updated via the Upgrade Tool, you cannot update it via web nor on the Deco app. Upgrade Tool can be downloaded from the below link:

@TP-Link_Deco Ok thanks, so no "over the air" update I guess. And this firmware supports VLAN? EDIT: from your link I only see 2019 firmwares??

Hello, may I know which country are you from? Can I have a firmware download link on the local website?
Additionally, please provide the region version of your Deco M9 Plus, which can be found on the bottom label, is it EU or US?
