Hi, I had just purchased a set of Deco M4 2 packs. I encountered several problems.

At first, the setup is ok for both M4, however, the M4 I put upstairs is not functioning properly, even if I go upstairs, I am still connected to the downstairs M4. I tried several times, now the upstairs M4 keep showing red LED regardless pressing the reset button.

How can I solve this problem? Or, how can I claim warranty for it?
