Sorry, there might be no plan to add the support for Onemesh on the RE305 V1, you may refer to the Onemesh Compatibility List if you want one equipped with Onemesh.

@Solla-topee Thank you for your reply. Is the reason technical or just lack of resources to devote to the development. If it is the latter, would it be possible to open source the firmware so that the community can work on creating OneMesh compatibility?

Sorry, RE305 V1 doesn't support Onemesh nor can you create the customized firmware yourself, as this Onemesh is a trademark only for all TP-Link SOHO products.
