I have hp PC whenever I make IP reservation to it in router 

Speed in it exceed the total bandwidth control after sometime

When I put it IP manually speed get back to normal 

And remove it is IP reservation from router!!!!!

How can I solve this ?how to make IP reservation to it and get normal speed!!!

That drive me mad Really 

Anyone can help ???
