I am looking at a Mesh system but am not real computer savvy.  I am not exactly sure how the system works - I have looked at several videos but not getting the answers I want.  I currently have a combination modem router that I rent from Midco.  Does anyone know if you can use the Deco Mesh system with a combination modem router?  Would it be better to purchase a separate router?  If so, can you recommend a router that would have long range.  I am trying to get signal out to my sprinkler system at the lake so that I can control it remotely.  Any advice is much appreciated.
