AX6000 - issues after firmware upgrade
After upgrade, i noticed that
1. Router rebooted by itself after 1 day - just once so far
2. Printer cannot be seen by others. (this was working before upgrade) - To resolve this, i disabled the AX mode in the 2.4GHz band where the printer is. It helps to resolve the issue.
Traffice monitoring
Before and after firmware upgrade, it is always showing one day ahead. ie now it is Sunday, but the graph would be plotting on Monday already

Hello, may I have your detailed network diagram? It seems there is a D-LINK router connected to this AX6000 with an Ethernet cable to extend the internet, is the D-LINK one working as a router or access point?
Back to the Windows 10 64bit PC with the T4U adapter issue, please check and ensure it installed the latest driver and try to disable the 802.11ax mode on the AX6000 just for a test.
Thanks.

The D-Link is working as an access point for my music room to provide internet access in that room which is over 30m away. At the moment the AX6000 is working ok since installing the latest beta and when I turned on the PC this morning the 5G connection worked immediately. Previously when restarting the network logo woould show as connected no internet for variable times and then often connect - today it connected immediately.
If the issue persists I will try to disable the 802.11ax and report back.

I think you are seeing the reboots and even the factor default resets because Traffic Monitor is enabled. I've reported this bug to TP-Link and it is an issue in their other wifi routers as well. Disable Traffic Monitor and I bet the reboots go away.

Problem is getting worse. I disabled Ax and set 2.4G and 5G to auto, b,g,n. Now i cannot get internet access when connecting to either 2.4G or 5G via the AX6000. I can connect to another wireless network (D-Link DIR-8200) which is connected to the AX6000 via network cable and get internet access this way.
It seems that all the components connected to the AX6000 have internet but the wireless network provided byt the AX6000 is a major problem.
Please advise asap as this in now becoming a major issue for me.
BTW i am using the latest beta software as mentioned
thanks

Hello, sorry to respond late.
Do you mean neither the 2.4G nor 5G will connect to the internet once the AX is disabled on the AX6000? May I have your details network layout, except for the D-Link DIR-8200 router is connected, is there any other router or switch in the network?
We will ask our engineer to contact you via email later once we have more details about your network and issue on the AX6000, thanks.
