Deco P9 error: daemon.err /usr/bin/apsd: apsd_get_active_ports:214: Error: No such interface 20 ??
Hi All,
Looking for some assistance from other Deco P9 users.
I've noticed my P9 is reporting the following error "daemon.err /usr/bin/apsd: apsd_get_active_ports:214: Error: No such interface 20", approximately 20+ times per minute. I've also noticed the P9 is repeatedly experiencing 100% CPU utilisation (load), and am wondering if the two could be related. I've contacted tp-link support, who've advised they can't see any issue with the device.
However, I'd be grateful if other Deco P9 users could check and advise if the same / similar error is being reported by their P9 systems in the (Notice, Error, Warning) logs?
Thank for the assistance.

FWIW: I moved 2 of the 3 (main and the farthest with the most problems) out of power extenders and plugged them right into the wall. It is much more stable. The PLc backhaul is probably much better now.
I have 3 in AP mod. Topology 1-2-3.

@ReneP In my experience, the 3 P9 units are much more stable since I use the latest beta firmware. Seems like the PLC backhaul is finally working fine over here :)

@Joster Can you share a link to the firmware? It's not on the support site.

Hi,
Could you please tell me more details about’ PLC is not really working ’ like the PLC backhaul is not active all the time on the Deco APP?
As for the connection speed, how much speed you could get from the Deco M9, and how much speed you are supposed to get?
If possible, can I have a picture of the network diagram of the Deco system?
And please also install the following firmware to see whether it helped or not:

Hi,
After checking with the engineers, this log did not tell too much about any issue with Deco P9’
Except for the log, is there anything wrong with the P9, like slow speed, or unstable internet connection?
Thank you very much.
