Model: RE200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20190731 Rel. 41250

Devices connected to my range extender are unable to access the internet.  All lights on the extender are green and I've configured the extender to use a static IP address as mention on the other threadbut to no avail.    Other ideas?

 

 

 

 

The extender is also unable to check for a firmware update:

Have you checked the troubleshooting steps in the below FAQ?

What should I do if I fail to configure TP-Link Range Extender?

 

BTW, what is the model number of your router? Is there any special setting that may block the internet connection from the extender?
