I have newly bought an Archer C6 model router. Ver 2. In Advanced mode->Wireless settings I am unable to edit the Channel Width and Channel details. They are set to Auto and non-editable. Is this some kind of issue? Please let know how to fix the issue.

Can you please ensure you are running the latest firmware of the Archer C6 V2? You may check if there is any update.
If the firmware is the latest, may I know if the router is working at Router mode or Access Point mode? Who is your ISP? You may power off the router, leave it for minutes, then power on and check again.
If still cannot change the channel settings, please show me the main page of the status as well as the Wireless Settings page, thanks.
