Model: Archer VR300  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2

I changed the primary and secondary dns to 8:8:8:8 8:8:4:4 but when I checked the status I founded it different values

Hi, may I know which page you changed the primary and secondary DNS?

Can you send us the screenshot of this page to check?

 

Can you send us the screenshot of status to check?  

 

BTW, may I know which line is connected to the router? It is the telephone line or Ethernet cable?

May I know who is your Internet Service Provider?
