My archer VR300 AC1200 keeps shuting down and gives me low internet speed and get overheated

So basically i've had this router for over a year now but lately things just started to become annoying and it shutdowns almost every 5 min when night time comes or the wifi just becomes so slow that's a real torture for a gamer like me i hope you can find me a solution thank you
