Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.4 Build 20200512 rel.51608(4555)

Having Case 2 of https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/faq/2237/ . ISP not at fault because when I am connecting the cable directly to my PC, it works fine with no network drop. Currently having a PPPoE Connection.

Hi,


May I know who is your ISP? Do you mean it is a PPPoE connection on the C6 WAN? How about the LEDs on the C6 when the internet drops, is the WAN LED orange or green?

 

When the internet drops, can you access its web management and check what is the internet IP address and default gateway at that time?

 

Are all your devices connected to C6 by wireless or some are connected via Ethernet cables? Are all disconnecting at the same time?
