Model: EAP225
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 2.7.0 build 20200113

I have currently set up 2 EAP225 and 1 EAP225-Outdoor, controlled by a software instance of the omada controller.

The controller machine and eaps are all in the same vlan (1 - 192.168.5.X). I also have vlan 10 (192.168.10.X) and vlan 20 (192.168.20.X).

DHCP for each VLAN is done by the router.

The EAPs and the controller machine are connected via managed switches.

The goal is to have several SSIDs, which each one assigned to a VLAN.

So I've set up the WLAN SSIDs, and selected the appropriate VLAN in the settings.

The issue now is that on WLAN 10, which is set to VLAN 10 and operates on 2.4 and 5 GHz some of the clients end up in the 192.168.5.X net and some in the (intended) 192.168.10.X net.

All of the clients are connected to the same EAP225 access point.

This issue seems to be occurring exclusively on the 2.4 band, as all 5 GHz clients (of which there are fewer, though) are correctly assigned 192.168.10.X ips.

I figured it could be an issue with the switch ports not set up correctly but then I realized all of these clients are on the same EAP, so I figure that can be ruled out..

Any help is greatly appreciated

@routerfan

It appears I may have fixed this now.

The previous access point system I used had the same SSID to which the clients were connected to. I've reset the client's that showed up in the wrong NG subnet and now they all show up correctly. Weird, though
