Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2 Build 190506 Rel.35516n (4555)

I got the TL-WR820N router today (which isn't listed in the model list above!!! so I selected WR840N sorry for the misdirection). When I tried to set it up as repeater I didn't see any option for that! In my other routers there's a simple option for that but this one doesn't have any option.

 

Am I missing something here? Does this model doesn't support repeater feature? Here's a screenshot to my router settings.

Hello, this router doesn't support work as a repeater, sorry for that.

I was afraid of that. Should I have looked for something in the feature list when buying it? So far all the routers I have bought had the repeater option, so I assumed all of them support it. I was blindsided by this lack of feature. Is there any way I can verify this ahead of buying a router?
