Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: don't know

Hi All, 

I've got an RE450 beside my normal router with a 12 character password.

It's working fine with my tablet but when i try to connect trough a Windows10 laptop i can only input 8 characters , i can't put any more than that.

Anybody else has got this problem ?

Hi, are all the LEDs on the RE450 correctly showing up? How about the wireless network name of the extender, is it the same as the main network or different?

 

You may try to change to a different network name and see if you can connect:

Hello , LED's are correct , name was already 'EXTENDER' instead of name of ROUTER
