Hello,

 

I have a Synology DS1819+ NAS and it doesn't have XOR mode.  What other solutions does TP-Link provide? It is not normal for TP-Link to sell you a router with the link aggregation option, and then not work, or be compatible, with LACP.

Tengo un NAS Synology DS1819+ y no tiene el modo XOR. Que otras soluciones da TP-Link? No es normal que TP-Link te venda un router con la opción de link aggregattion, y luego no funcione, o no sea compatible, con LACP.

Hello, is your network topology and settings are the same as stated in this article?

Additionally, it is suggested to contact the Synology support at the same time to confirm if there are similar settings on this DS1819+.

Es un caso diferente. Mi NAS no permite XOR.

It's a different case. My NAS doesn't allow XOR configuration.

Hello,

I tried to configure the link aggregation in mode 4 (to add the speeds of the 2 channels and get 2 Gbps) but it doesn't work and the server doesn't get network.

 

In link aggregation mode 2 (backup) it does work, but I need the other mode, 4, to increase the speed of my server since it has access from different computers at the same time and it crashes because it needs more speed.

 

Is there any way to configure the router in that mode?

 

Will there be a firmware update to fix it?

It is not normal that after two firmware updates, the Link Aggregation of this router model has not yet been improved.
