Modern set up fine and internet connected . However when trying to access a webpage I get a message from BT stated they are unable to allow access. Can't get pass that page. Thanks

Hi, for your issue, you mean you can't access the management page of the modem (192.168.1.1/tplinkmodem.net), right?

Could you please follow the instruction to enter the management page again to check if it works? https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2190/

If the message still shows, would you mind providing us the picture of the message to check?

 

BTW, may I know it is the telephone line connected to the modem TD-W9970 or Ethernet cable?
