Model: Archer VR900  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 0.2.0.0.9.1 v 0069.0

Over the last few days I have thought something was wrong with my TP Link AC 1900 router as none of the lights were on.
When I reboot the router all the lights glow when going through the start up phase but as soon as it's connected to the internet all the lights go off!

However, the router still has an internet connection. Can someone help please? This router was bought from Amazon UK last August so it's less than a year old.

Hi, we would like to confirm the below infomation first.

May I know the connection type of your internet? Which line is connected to the modem router? It is telephone line or ethernet cable?

 

When you unplug the telephone line or ethernet cable and the device, which light is green on the device? All the lights are green?

If you connect the telephone line or ethernet cable and the device, all the lights are off?

Could you please take a picture of the lights status of the device for us to check?

 

BTW, may I know if you have saved the purchase proof before?

hi

Thank you for your e mail. I have now been to check on the router in my mums house and can confirm that all led lights are now working again. 
I did a reset of the router and everything is back to normal.
