Hello, do you mean you replaced your old BT Hub 6 with this AX3000? It seems that the BT home hub 6 is a broadband wireless modem router and connected to your ISP via telephone line, while the AX3000 will not work with the telephone line directly as it is a router.

 

In order to make the AX3000 work, there should be a modem first, so it seems that you may still need the old BT home hub 6.
