I am using the same password as my router.
Wont connect with any devices, phone, laptop or roku box.
Hello, if this is the case, can you please try to log into your router web page to confirm if the wireless password is correct?
Please also confirm how far between those devices and the extender, try to move them closer.
Additionally, please check if the extender firmware is the latest. If not, update it and reconfigure it:
